Douglas Silverman

Hello, my Name is Douglas Silverman. I am a graduate from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics.

While pursing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics, I have taken many courses that have made me a stronger analytical thinker and creative problem solver. Some of these courses include: Algorithms, Discrete Math, Game Theory, Abstract Algebra, Machine Learning and Computer Graphics. As a software developer, I strive to write clean, legible and efficient code. I have experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and C#. Professional Experience

Implementation Consultant at Fast Enterprises, LLC.

As an Implementation Consultant I functioned as a Full-Stack developer consulting for the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency. I worked on an upgrade project for their 10 year old producation code. I was on the web services team so all the production code that I wrote will be interacted by end users (i.e. claimants and employers).
